Autologon via intent

Jan 16, 2014 at 9:34 PM
Hi! Is it possible to make an autologon form other app using intent?
Something like in originial keepassdroid.
intent.setComponent(new ComponentName("com.android.keepass", "com.keepassdroid.PasswordActivity"));
        intent.putExtra("fileName", dbinfo.database);
        intent.putExtra("keyFile", dbinfo.keyfile_filename);
        intent.putExtra("password", dbinfo.password);
        intent.putExtra("launchImmediately", dbinfo.config != Settings.CONFIG_PASSWORD_ASK);
Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
        try {
            startActivity(intent);

Hi again!
This method doesn't work at this moment. Password box isn't filled with this intent, But filename is filled.
I'm writing app similar to this: http://code.lardcave.net/entries/2013/04/01/215058/
OFC this app will be open-source with minimalistic permissions.

Look at this change in keepass made by author of above app:

I see - interesting approach!
Correct, at the moment this doesn't work. I just wanted to say "sure, it can be done"!
