NFC, OTP and cache

Nov 29, 2013 at 9:09 AM
1) Do you think to implement an automatic cache cleaning after the apps has been closed?

2) What about including some sort of support to physical external NFC/OTP devices (like NFC ring or yubikey) to extend security?

Thanks,

1.) Why do need this? Caching is meant to keep the database available for the next time when it's loaded, so it would be useless if the cache was cleaned. If you don't want the database to be on the device, you can disable caching in the settings.

2.) see https://keepass2android.codeplex.com/workitem/65: you can download the latest release (https://keepass2android.codeplex.com/releases) and test it!

1) didn't know it was possible to disable it by settings; I usually prefer to reopen the db instead of keeping it cached.

2) I'll try ASAP.

MANY THANKS !!!
